We are a customer centric organization, so we strive hard to provide our customers cost effective range of products which is manufactured as per the ISO quality standards. Apart from that, to satisfy our clients completely, we also provide the following warranty on our range of product.

The terms of the warranty we provide are as follows:

• Our valves are warranted against defects in materials for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment from the factory. This warranty is enforced when they are properly installed, maintained and operated in use and services. Defective products or parts, thereof are returned to the factory with "transportation charges prepaid"
• If our components are found to be defective by the factory inspection, these will be repaired and replaced at our option, free of charges, F. O. B., our factory.
• Warranty does not cover the products which have been altered and replaced in the field, damaged in transit or subjected to accident, misuse or abuse
• No employee, agent, dealer or any other person is authorized to give any warranty on behalf of Vishal Cool (India) Pvt. Ltd.
